What we do

One place, from
bump to full moon.

Giving birth in the UK, the hard part isn’t the hospital — it’s the thirty days after. Who cooks? Who helps at 3am? We help you find those people.

We’re postnatal care advisors in your corner: we understand your needs, shortlist vetted partner providers and set up interviews. You choose.

A general guide — actual routines are set by the partner provider and your family’s needs.

Help mum freshen up; prepare breakfast and a warm drink.

  2. Feeding

Support feeding and winding; keep a simple feed and nappy log.

  3. Bath time

Bath and everyday care, following your midwife’s advice.

  4. Lunch & rest

Confinement lunch; carer looks after baby while you nap.

  5. Afternoon

Soup and a snack; baby laundry, bottle cleaning and sterilising.

  6. Evening

Dinner, and a handover of baby’s day with the family.

  7. Night

Night prep; live-in or night carers help overnight as agreed.

FAQ

You might be wondering

More questions? WhatsApp us in Cantonese, Mandarin or English.

Do you employ the carers?

No. We’re postnatal care advisors. After planning your care, and with your explicit consent, we pass your enquiry to vetted partner providers, who set out costs and deliver the care directly.

When should I start looking?

As general guidance, start enquiring from around week 20 — earlier if your due date falls in a popular month (summer, around Lunar New Year). Every family is different.

How much does it cost?

Every family’s needs differ, so we don’t publish fixed prices. Once an advisor understands your due date, area, language and arrangement, you’ll receive personalised advice. Consultations are free and without obligation.

Is it free to enquire?

Yes — free and no obligation.

What does a confinement nanny do?

Typically newborn care (feeding, winding, bathing, sleep routines), support for mum’s recovery at home, confinement meals and soups, and practical guidance. Exact scope is set in the provider’s contract.
